Terms & Content Policy

Placeholder: have this reviewed before launch.

1. Public areas are SFW only

Everything shown in public areas (Latest, Trending, tag pages, search, profile pages, thumbnails) must be safe for work: no nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate, or illegal content.

2. Your content

You must own or have rights to what you upload. Creators keep ownership; you grant the site a licence to host and display it.

3. Payments

Tips and memberships are paid in USDC on Polygon, directly from a fan's wallet to the creator's own wallet. The site is non-custodial: it never holds funds or keys, takes no fee, and cannot reverse or refund on-chain transfers. Tokens sent to the wrong network or address may be lost. Creators are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations; check that using crypto assets is allowed where you live.

4. Moderation

Use the Report button. Admins may hide posts or ban accounts that break these rules.

5. Privacy

We store your email, a bcrypt password hash (none if you sign in with Google), your posts, and linked wallet addresses (public data). Uploaded images are re-encoded to strip EXIF/GPS metadata.
